Dear family and friends,

For me, 2019 has been a very exciting year! I realized my dream of releasing my very own solo music album, entitled Spirals on May 17th. The album release party took place on May 25th at StillTheOne Distillery in Port Chester, NY. 

It was so amazing seeing you all, as you are an integral part of my journey. Seeing a beautiful mosaic of people from different times & spaces in my life was surreal. I will cherish the memory of celebrating this milestone with you all.

Since then, I have performed my music at several events in the New York area, and I’ve even moved here to the Big Apple!  Here, I continue to meet so many fellow artists and lovers of the arts.  Volunteer opportunities with BxArtsFactory and The Schomburg Center have given me a crash course in the rich culture and history of The Bronx & Harlem.  

Finally, I have started my very own podcast called “DissChord”.  Thank you to everyone who has either been a guest, or has agreed to be a guest.  On this show, I interview local tri-state artists and community members, plus we have spirited discussions on arts-related topics.  Episodes will begin airing on Tuesday, November 12th.  Be sure to check the YouTube channel “Ya Man Brandon Tyler”.
